Hindu funerals don't use the Essentials/Standard tier structure the other faiths do — the service is identical for every family, and the casket is what changes the price (9 real options, S$5,888–S$10,888), plus a fixed S$660 for embalming, cremation fee, and boat burial, paid separately. Direct cremation with no wake at all is the cheapest option across every faith — S$1,380 net for Christian, Catholic, Freethinker and Soka Gakkai, S$1,880 for Buddhist, S$2,080 for Taoist, S$3,500 for Hindu.

Can CPF be used for funeral expenses?
Not directly upfront. CPF cannot be drawn down at the time of passing. Once CPF pays out to nominees after death is processed, those funds can be used. For un-nominated CPF, families can apply for reimbursement of up to S$6,000 for funeral expenses through the Public Trustee's Office.
